Terms of service.

These terms describe the PetHero Films pet-video service at petherofilms.com. Read them together with our acceptable-use rules and privacy notice.

The service and its current availability

PetHero Films helps turn a pet photo, a chosen scene and written pet details into an AI-generated movie, with an optional personalized funny song. Results are synthetic entertainment. Only capped free welcome previews are open for beta testing. Paid videos and purchases remain closed. Browsing ideas and estimates does not start generation. A free preview starts only after you confirm its creation and sharing choices; it creates no payment obligation.

Your account

Provide accurate account details, verify your email or use Google sign-in, and keep your credentials private. You are responsible for activity you authorize. Do not share accounts, impersonate someone, create accounts to claim repeated free gifts or bypass account and budget limits.

Your photos and ideas

Upload only pet photos you own or have permission to use. Do not upload people, private information or someone else’s protected material without authorization. You keep any rights you hold in your uploads and give us permission to process them only as needed to provide, secure and support your requested service. Your photos are not automatically published as examples. Public examples require separate permission.

All photos, names, descriptions, custom topics, lyrics and generation requests must follow our acceptable-use rules. Adult, sexual, pornographic and NSFW content generation is expressly prohibited, including attempts involving animals or minors.

AI results and editing

Appearance, motion, timing, lyrics, language and pronunciation can vary. We do not guarantee exact likeness, a particular model’s quality, exclusivity or that every requested idea can be produced. Check a result before sharing it. You are responsible for having the rights needed for your intended use; the service does not grant rights in third-party characters, brands, music or likenesses.

Original footage and finished runtime are different. Longer stories may use several generated scenes. With a personalized song, footage can repeat forward and backward to cover the track while the music plays forward. The short welcome teaser ends both video and music together.

Credits, prices and payments

Credits are service units, not money, cryptocurrency or transferable property. A verified account receives one restricted welcome gift of 160 credits for one short pet preview with a song when the capped beta is available. Deleting a project or signing in again does not restore it. Welcome credits cannot buy premium models or be exchanged for cash.

All current prices, top-ups and subscriptions are proposals. Nothing can be purchased, renewed or charged through the public service now. Before sales open, checkout will show the exact price, applicable taxes, credit allowance, renewal or expiry rules, delivery terms and cancellation and refund terms. No paid subscription exists merely because you create an account or plan a movie.

Contact support about missing results, incorrect credit activity or billing concerns. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. We will publish the final purchase and refund terms before accepting payments.

Safety and availability

We may reject prohibited requests, stop unsafe generation, restrict abusive accounts or suspend service to protect users and provider budgets. Safety checks can block a request when moderation is unavailable. No automatic paid resubmission or free retry is promised. Deleting local work cannot cancel an already-submitted provider operation.

The service depends on third-party generation, hosting, sign-in and email providers. Outages or provider restrictions may delay or prevent processing. Where the law requires a remedy, these terms do not remove it.

Changes

We may update these terms and will show their current date here. Material changes affecting a future purchase will be disclosed before that purchase. Existing statutory rights and already-agreed purchase terms cannot be changed by a price preview.
