A little imagination.
A few clear rules.
These acceptable-use rules apply to pet photos, names, descriptions, energy choices, custom topics, song ideas and every generation request. They form part of our terms of service.
Make something kind
Use a photo of your own pet or one you have permission to use. Keep ideas playful, family-friendly and safe: a space explorer discovering a glowing planet, a tiny singer’s stage debut, a royal portrait or a colorful fictional hero adventure. Costumes and imaginary action must not depict injury or real harm.
Adult, sexual and NSFW content is prohibited
Do not request, upload or generate pornography, sexual acts, sexualized nudity, fetish content, sexually exploitative material or other adult or NSFW content. This includes sexual content involving animals and any sexual or exploitative content involving minors. Attempts, coded language and edits intended to evade this rule are also prohibited.
No cruelty, exploitation or graphic harm
No animal abuse, cruelty, fighting, injury, gore, torture, graphic violence or depictions encouraging real-world harm. Do not distress an animal to obtain a photo. No terrorism, extremist propaganda, hate, targeted harassment, threats, scams or unlawful activity. Do not depict a pet attacking people or animals or using weapons to cause harm.
Respect other people and their work
No human face swaps, deepfakes, impersonation or non-consensual likenesses. Do not upload people, children, identity documents, private contact details or confidential information. Do not request copyrighted characters, recognizable logos, copied songs, lyrics, celebrity voices or artist impersonation without the necessary rights. Prefer an original hero, costume and song.
Keep the studio fair
No automated bulk account creation, repeated welcome claims, stolen credentials, credit tampering, payment fraud or attempts to bypass moderation, access controls, provider limits or safety budgets. Do not place system overrides, secret-extraction instructions, malicious links or executable content in creative fields.
What happens to unsafe requests
Prohibited ideas must not be generated. Requests can be rejected or held when safety checks fail; provider filters and review may also stop processing. A text check alone cannot verify a photo or finished video. Only capped free welcome previews are open for testing. Automated checks review the first photo and sampled video frames as well as text; sampling can miss content and does not guarantee every frame or sung word has been reviewed. We may investigate reports, remove unsafe service content and restrict abusive accounts. Report concerns through the support address below.
